FAQs

How long will it take for my MRI to be approved?

Depending on the insurance, it can take anywhere from 7 – 10 business days for an MRI to be approved.

When will I get my MRI results?

MRI’s can take 4 – 5 days to be read by a radiologist. Please make sure to schedule an appointment with the doctor 4 – 5 days out from your scheduled MRI appointment.

When will my surgery be scheduled?

Once all documentation is received, you will receive a phone call from the surgery scheduler with the dates available.

When will I receive my surgery time?

You will receive a phone call the day before your surgery with the time and any instructions needed prior to the surgery.

How long will it take for my FMLA/disability forms to be ready?

Any forms needed to be filled out can take about 7 – 10 business days to complete, there is also a $33 charge for these forms.

Why haven’t I received a call back?

Medical assistants will return calls when they are not seeing patients, which could be at the end of the business day, or the following day.
